Asure ID Protect Plan for Solo, Express, Enterprise and Exchange (HID Direct Support Plan Only, Software Sold Separately)

The Asure ID Protect Plan is HID's optional support plan for Asure ID software. It adds priority support from HID and complimentary Asure ID software upgrades for the plan term. The software itself is sold separately.

Choose the plan that matches your edition (Solo, Express, Enterprise base software, Enterprise site license, or Exchange) and a 1-year or 2-year term. HID links each plan to an Asure ID license key; after you order, you complete HID's registration form to activate it.

Without a plan, Asure ID still receives free minor updates, but HID's free updates don't include major releases.

Our Enterprise site license plans match HID's 1 to 5 site tier. For larger deployments, ask us for the matching plan.
